Update User Custom Schema
Update Custom Schema Field Values for Users in Google Workspace Using Genius Workspace Manager
Genius Workspace Manager allows administrators to update custom schema field values for individual users in Google Workspace using a structured Google Sheet.
To begin, open your Google Sheet, navigate to Extensions > Genius Workspace Manager, and click Launch.
Once the add-on is open in the sidebar, select Manage Custom Schemas > Update User Schema Fields, then click Execute to generate the working sheet.
Populate the sheet with the following required fields:
Primary Email* – the email address of the user to be updated
Schema ID* – the ID of the custom schema containing the field
Field ID* – the unique identifier of the specific field
Field Value* – the new value to assign to that field for the user
Once the data is prepared, select Synchronize in the sidebar and click Execute.
Genius Workspace Manager will process each row and update the specified schema field values for the listed users. The result of each operation will appear in the Status column of the sheet.
