Export Google Workspace Users Using Genius Workspace Manager

Genius Workspace Manager enables administrators to export user data from Google Workspace directly into a Google Sheet for review or processing.

To begin, open your Google Sheet, navigate to Extensions > Genius Workspace Manager, and click Launch.

Once the add-on is open in the sidebar, select Manage Users > Export Users, then click Execute to initiate the export process.

To export a filtered list of users, use the Export with Genius Filters option. This allows you to apply specific criteria before exporting data.

Genius Workspace Manager will create a new sheet and populate it with user details retrieved from your Google Workspace account. No data input is required from the user.

Exported fields may include:

  • Primary Email

  • First Name and Last Name

  • Organizational Unit

  • Recovery Email and Phone (if available)
