Export User Schema Fields from Google Workspace Using Genius Workspace Manager

Genius Workspace Manager allows administrators to export custom schema field values for users in Google Workspace into a structured Google Sheet.

To begin, open your Google Sheet, navigate to Extensions > Genius Workspace Manager, and click Launch.

Once the add-on is open in the sidebar, select Manage Custom Schemas > Export User Schema Fields, then click Execute to generate the export sheet.

No input is required. Genius Workspace Manager will automatically retrieve and populate the sheet with data from all existing user schema fields.

Exported fields include:

• User Email

• Schema Name

• Field Name

• Field Value
