Export Google Workspace User Licenses Using Genius Workspace Manager

Genius Workspace Manager allows administrators to export assigned Google Workspace licenses for all users into a structured Google Sheet for reporting or auditing purposes.

To begin, open your Google Sheet, navigate to Extensions > Genius Workspace Manager, and click Launch.

Once the add-on is open in the sidebar, select Manage Licenses > Export Licenses, then click Execute to generate the export sheet.

No data input is required. Genius Workspace Manager will automatically create a new sheet and populate it with license assignment data.

Exported fields include:

• User Email

• Assigned License

If a user has more than one license assigned, each license will appear in a separate row.
