Export OAuth Tokens for Specific Users Using Genius Workspace Manager

Genius Workspace Manager allows administrators to export OAuth tokens for selected users in Google Workspace directly into a Google Sheet.

To begin, open your Google Sheet, navigate to Extensions > Genius Workspace Manager, and click Launch.

Once the add-on is open in the sidebar, select Manage OAuth Tokens > Export Given Users’ Tokens, then click Execute to generate the export sheet.

Enter one or more primary email addresses into the Search users by Primary Email field to specify which users’ tokens you want to export.

Click Execute to begin the export. Genius Workspace Manager will populate the sheet with token data for the listed users.

Exported fields include:

• Primary Email – the user’s main email address

• Application Name – the app or service using the token

• Token – the user’s OAuth access token

• Native App – indicates if the app is installed locally

• Anonymous – indicates if the token was granted anonymously

• Status – the current state of the token
