End-User License Agreement
This gwgenius End-User License Agreement is a legal contract between you and gwgenius, which owns the intellectual property rights to various Google Workspace add-ons, including but not limited to Recurring Out of office For GMAIL.
Please carefully review this Agreement before installing any Google Workspace add-ons developed by gwgenius. By installing or using these add-ons, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
License Grant
Gwgenius grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any devices you personally own or control and that are linked to your Google Account.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Licensed Application.
- Modify, create derivative works of, rent, lease, or lend the Application.
Application Updates
From time to time, gwgenius may release updates to enhance or improve the Application’s functionality. These may include patches, bug fixes, upgrades, and modifications (“Updates”).
Updates may alter or remove certain features or functionalities. gwgenius is not obligated to provide Updates or maintain any specific features over time.
Modifications to the Application
Gwgenius reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any connected services at any time, with or without prior notice, and without liability to you.
License Fees
The Application operates under a subscription model for access to premium features. While some functionalities may be available for free, access to advanced or paid features requires an active subscription. If you represent a business or organization, each employee using the paid features of the Application must have a valid subscription purchased through the gwgenius website.
Subscription pricing and renewal rates are listed on the gwgenius website and are subject to change at any time, with or without prior notice.
During your active subscription, you will receive all applicable updates. If your subscription expires, you may choose to renew it to continue using the product and receiving future updates.
Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights associated with the Application remain the sole and exclusive property of gwgenius.
No Warranties
The Licensed Application is provided “As Is” without any warranties, either express or implied.
gwgenius does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information, text, graphics, links, or other content within the Application. You assume all risks associated with using the Application.
Privacy Policy
By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the gwgenius Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, stored, maintained, and shared.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold gwgenius, along with its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners, harmless against any claims, legal actions, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:
(a) Your use of the Application.
(b) Your violation of this Agreement, laws, or regulations.
(c) Your infringement on the rights of any third party.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, gwgenius is not responsible for any damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data, revenue, or business.
- Business interruptions.
- Personal injury or loss of privacy.
Even if gwgenius has been informed of potential damages, its total liability shall never exceed the amount you paid for the Application.
Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party. Your rights under this EULA will automatically end if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, do not install or use the Application.
