Export User Aliases from Google Workspace Using Genius Workspace Manager

Genius Workspace Manager enables administrators to export all user aliases in Google Workspace into a structured Google Sheet for reporting or management purposes.

To begin, open your Google Sheet, navigate to Extensions > Genius Workspace Manager, and click Launch.

Once the add-on is open in the sidebar, select Manage Aliases > Export User Aliases, then click Execute to generate the export sheet.

No input is required. Genius Workspace Manager will automatically retrieve and populate the sheet with alias data for all users in your domain.

The exported data includes:

  • Primary Email – the user’s main email address

  • Alias Email – all associated alias addresses

Once complete, you can verify the results in the Google Admin Console under each user’s profile.

If you wish to export domain aliases or group aliases, navigate to the appropriate option under Genius Workspace Manager and follow the same process.
