Export Domain Shared Contacts from Google Workspace Using Genius Workspace Manager

Genius Workspace Manager allows administrators to export all domain shared contacts from Google Workspace into a structured Google Sheet for easy access and management.

To begin, open your Google Sheet, navigate to Extensions > Genius Workspace Manager, and click Launch.

Once the add-on is open in the sidebar, select Manage Domain Shared Contacts > Export Domain Shared Contacts, then click Execute to generate the export sheet.

No input is required. Genius Workspace Manager will retrieve and populate the sheet with all shared contact data from your domain.

Exported fields include:

• Contact ID – useful for identifying or referencing contacts during update or deletion

• Additional contact details such as names, emails, and phone numbers

This export serves as a reference for future contact management tasks.
