• Recurring – Out of office for Gmail™ doesn’t use and transfer to any other app information received from Google APIs and adheres to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• We do not store your data (personal info). It stays on Google’s servers. Granting us access to your data does not allow us to access your data offline. We only use this access to display them on the app Recurring – Out of office for Gmail™. All the actions performed come from you.

1. Scopes We Use:

When you use Recurring – Out of office, we require access to certain scopes to provide and enhance our services. These scopes include:

• …/auth/userinfo.email – By retrieving your email address, we can ensure that communications and features are tailored specifically to you, enhancing your interaction with our services.
• …/auth/calendar.readonly – We need to access your Google Calendar so that you can set the time you want the addon on to operate even if you are in a different time zone.
• …/auth/gmail.addons.execute – We use the scope to execute our application’s functionality within the Gmail interface. For example, one of the key features of our app is to send custom text automatically when the user is offline. This scope allows our app to integrate seamlessly with Gmail, enabling it to detect when the user is not available and respond with a predefined message.
• …/auth/gmail.settings.basic – We use the scope to manage and update basic settings in your Gmail account. Specifically, this scope allows our application to change your email settings to toggle between offline and online modes.
• …/auth/script.scriptapp – We use script in order to turn on and off the addon whenever you like.

By accessing these scopes, we ensure that Recurring – Out of office operates effectively and provides you with the best possible experience while maintaining the security and privacy of your data.

2. Privacy Policy & Terms of Service

We encourage you to review our comprehensive privacy policy and terms of service. The app operates with transparency and respects your privacy. It does not gather any personal data without your explicit permission and only collects the essential information required to function effectively.

• The app does not store or retain any user data obtained via Google Workspace APIs for training, improving, or developing non-personalized AI or machine learning (ML) models. Additionally, your data will never be used for generalized AI or ML models. No human will have access to or review your data, including emails and content stored in Google Drive.
• If you require technical assistance, you may be asked to share your add-on settings with the developer for support purposes. However, your data will not be stored outside Google’s infrastructure. All settings are securely saved within the Google project’s property store associated with the add-on.
• Your data will never be utilized for marketing, advertising, personalized content recommendations, retargeting, or market research. The app’s access to Gmail is strictly limited to sending emails on your behalf, and it will not use your data for any other reason.
• We do not share or transfer your data unless it is required to enhance app features, comply with legal obligations, or as part of a business acquisition, merger, or sale of assets. Google Sign-In is used for authentication and allows you to share basic details, such as your email address, with us. This information is kept strictly confidential and is only used to issue user licenses, send payment receipts, and communicate product updates.
• If your personal details change or if you choose to stop using our service, you can delete or deactivate your account by uninstalling the Google add-on or reaching out to us. We will process such requests within five business days.
• For payment processing, we partner with trusted third-party providers such as  Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment details, including credit card information.
