We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Additionally, we do not use your data to train generalized AI or machine learning (ML) models.

The information we collect is strictly used for providing the services you request. Our use of any data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is solely for this purpose, and we do not retain or utilize such data for AI or ML model development.

Google Sign-In and Data Usage

When you sign in with Google, we authenticate your identity and may collect certain personal details, such as your email address. This information is kept confidential and is used only for purposes such as generating user licenses, sending payment receipts, and communicating product updates.

We may occasionally send service-related emails, such as notices about system maintenance, billing issues, or other service-impacting matters.

Our application uses Google OAuth 2.0 authentication, ensuring secure access to your data without requiring you to share your login credentials. The data accessed by our add-ons remains securely stored within your Google account, and we do not store any of your account data on our servers.

Cookies and Log Files

Like most websites, we collect non-personal statistical data through cookies and log files. This includes IP addresses, browser versions, operating systems, timestamps, and interactions with the application. We use this data to analyze trends, detect potential misuse, and resolve technical issues.

Managing Your Data

If you wish to modify or delete your personal information, you can do so by uninstalling our Google add-on or contacting us directly. We will process such requests within five business days.

We may disclose your information only if required by law, such as in response to legal proceedings, to protect our rights, ensure user safety, prevent fraud, or comply with judicial orders.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party payment processors, including WooCommerce, and Stripe, to process payments. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.

Our website may include social media features (e.g., Facebook “Like” buttons), which may collect IP addresses and set cookies. These features are governed by the privacy policies of their respective providers.
